Job summary

Affle in Dubai is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk with 2–5 years of experience to manage invoicing, reconciliation and data entry. The role focuses on accuracy and timely processing of invoices and customer statements.

The candidate will maintain customer master data, ensure GST/VAT compliance and payment terms, and support audits and reporting. Fluent English and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• GST/VAT knowledge.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute customer invoices with accuracy.
• Verify invoice details: pricing, terms and POs.
• Handle customer inquiries and payment issues; provide statements.
• Enter invoice data into the accounting system and keep records up to date.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain AR documentation and assist audits.
• Ensure compliance with policies and accounting regulations.
