Job summary

Manpower Middle East is seeking a Billing & Dispute Management Analyst to optimize the order-to-cash process in a UAE healthcare/medical devices setting. You will validate invoices, manage disputes, and support collections across Finance, Commercial, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.

The role requires 3–5 years in AR/Billing/OTC with UAE portals experience, SAP or ERP proficiency, and strong Excel skills. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Order-to-Cash, Customer Service, or Finance Operations.
• Experience managing UAE government and private customer invoicing portals.
• Strong understanding of billing, collections, dispute management, and order-to-cash processes.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate invoice submissions and submission through customer/government portals.
• Manage customer disputes, billing inquiries, and coordination with internal teams.
• Support collections activities by following up on pending invoices and disputed receivables.
• Investigate invoice rejections and coordinate corrective actions with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain trackers for invoice submissions, disputes, aging, ownership, and resolution status.
• Collaborate across Finance, Commercial, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Logistics to improve cash collection performance.
• Prepare monthly reports highlighting dispute trends, invoice status, risks, and opportunities.
