Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive to manage accurate manpower billing, timely collections, and overdue debt recovery across multiple client accounts. The role requires 3–5 years of UAE AR experience, strong Excel/ERP skills, and knowledge of UAE VAT invoicing.

Responsibilities include generating invoices, reconciling accounts, driving collections, and reporting aging to stakeholders, while ensuring adherence to contractual payment terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of UAE accounts receivable and collections experience; manpower outsourcing/staffing experience strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in high-volume billing, client reconciliations, and overdue recovery.
• Working knowledge of UAE VAT invoicing and contractual payment terms.
• Strong Excel and ERP/accounting system skills; Oracle Books experience preferred.
• Confident client communication, negotiation, and persistent follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices against approved timesheets, deployment records, contracts, LPOs, and agreed rates.
• Validate overtime, allowances, deductions, and supporting documents to prevent billing errors.
• Submit invoices through client portals and track acceptance, payment terms, and due dates.
• Drive collections through structured follow-ups; reduce overdue balances and DS0.
• Resolve invoice disputes, short payments, and deductions with clients and internal teams.
• Reconcile accounts, allocate receipts, and process approved credit notes and adjustments.
• Report receivables ageing, collection forecasts, disputed balances, and payment risks.
