Job summary

Landmark Digital, the digital arm of Landmark Group, seeks a mid-level UX Writer to shape copy across our apps, mobile web and desktop in English and Arabic. You’ll work in Figma with product designers, own copy end-to-end, and help build an in-house content system and glossary across brands and territories.

You’ll join a dynamic team in Dubai, with AI-driven tooling evolving how we write and localise content.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of UX writing, content design or product copywriting experience in ecommerce or consumer apps.
• Native-level written Arabic and strong UK English; adapt copy for each language and RTL layouts.
• Portfolio showing copy in context on real screens with problem-solution rationale.
• Solid grasp of UX writing basics: clarity, hierarchy, microcopy, error/empty states, accessibility and plain language.
• Experience editing copy inside components/variants in design systems.
• Experience with content style guides, glossaries or design systems is a plus.
• Open-minded and adaptable to move across brands and priorities.
• Own your work end-to-end and ship with accountability.
• Interest in AI and evolving tools.

Responsibilities

• Own product copy across apps, mobile web and desktop from search to basket, checkout, account, errors and empty states.
• Write messages for customers outside the app: push notifications, emails and SMS, including campaign copy for big sale moments.
• Write in both English and Arabic across RTL and LTR layouts; ensure Arabic copy resonates with GCC audiences.
• Work hands-on in Figma; edit components and layouts, check states and character limits before handoff.
• Help build a content system with voice/tone guidelines for each brand and a bilingual glossary.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, engineers, legal and marketing on promos and copy.
• Use test results and research to improve copy with team support.
• Use AI to write and localise faster and develop reusable prompts.
• Participate in design critiques and push for high standards.
