Job summary

JobCenter is seeking an experienced International Lawyer to advise a multinational client base from its UAE office in Fujairah. The role focuses on international regulation, cross-border agreements, and dispute resolution, supporting global business affairs.

The ideal candidate holds a Law degree with at least five years of international practice, fluent English, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks for international transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 years experience practicing as an International Lawyer, preferably within a multinational corporation or law firm.
• Excellent knowledge of international laws, treaties, and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
• Fluent English language skills (speaking, reading, writing).
• Biometric passport or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and providing expert advice on international laws and regulations relevant to our clients' businesses.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for cross-border transactions.
• Representing clients in international disputes and negotiations.
• Providing guidance on compliance with foreign laws and regulations.
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in international legal frameworks that may impact our clients' operations.
