Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media and Communication, or a related field.
• Must be bilingual, with fluency in both English and Arabic.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in student recruitment and enrollment, preferably within a reputable university or higher education institution.
• Demonstrated experience in student recruitment, admissions, enrollment, and engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective and newly admitted students and respond professionally to inquiries.
• Conduct university tours to familiarize prospective and new students with the campus, departments, facilities, and services.
• Represent AUE at education and career exhibitions locally and internationally.
• Conduct professional presentations for prospective students, parents, schools, educational institutions, and other stakeholders in the UAE and the Middle East.
• Handle and process new student application files and ensure that all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Conduct orientation programs for new students through presentations, workshops, and engagement activities.
• Plan and coordinate the university calendar of recruitment and student-related events.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, databases, and student recruitment data.
• Support onboarding of new students by ensuring housing, visa, tuition payment, and other arrangements are coordinated.
