Job summary

The American University in the Emirates (AUE) seeks a highly efficient Student Recruitment Officer to lead recruitment activities and guide applicants through the admission process at its Dubai campus. You will respond to inquiries, coordinate campus tours, and represent AUE at local and international exhibitions.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant bachelor’s degree, are bilingual in English and Arabic, and have 3–5 years of recruitment experience in higher education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media and Communication, or related field.
• Must be bilingual, with fluency in both English and Arabic.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in student recruitment and enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective and newly admitted students and respond to inquiries.
• Conduct university tours for prospective students and parents.
• Represent AUE at education exhibitions locally and internationally.
• Handle and process new student application files and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Plan and coordinate recruitment events and maintain recruitment data.
