Responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Create a business plan and sales strategy for the market.
Prepare action plans to generate sales leads and convert prospects.
Source and develop new business opportunities with guidance from management.
Manage sales opportunities in a structured, documented manner.
Coordinate with the team to monitor job status and identify risks or opportunities.
Respond promptly to client requests and ensure timely follow-up.
Oversee the sales process from lead to order closure and project completion.
Maintain strong, productive relationships with existing customers.
