Responsibilities

• Follow up on quotations to ensure clients have received and reviewed them.
• Address inquiries or feedback from clients to facilitate smoother communication and deal closure.
• Serve as a liaison between management and potential clients to schedule and coordinate meetings.
• Organize and update meeting schedules, ensuring timely follow-ups and preparation for management.
• Personally invite potential clients to visit our elevator boutique.
• Arrange personalized tours or presentations to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist in developing engaging content in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
• Maintain a database of client interactions and ensure regular updates for management.
• Draft and send professional emails and correspondence in both Arabic and English.
• Maintain a high standard of typing and written communication in both languages.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to inform business strategies.
• Showroom organization and coordination of showroom activities (e.g., cleaning visits).
