Job summary

Scale AI is seeking a bilingual Product Designer to craft AI-driven experiences for government and enterprise clients in the Middle East. You will lead end-to-end design, work with PMs and engineers, and translate feedback into compelling concepts.

Ideal candidates have Arabic and English fluency, experience across startups and established companies, and hands-on work with AI-powered design platforms like Cursor and Claude. GCC residency or willingness to relocate is expected.

• Bilingual in Arabic and English is a hard requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design process from concept to implementation with PMs and engineers.
• Develop concepts from PM and client feedback into compelling designs.
• Manage expectations and align stakeholders around a clear design direction.
• Communicate and prototype visually using AI design tools.
• Design with data from research, analytics, and user insights.
