Job summary

Parker Connect is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support the legal team in Dubai. The role involves document management, contract administration, legal research, and case coordination while handling confidential information.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Law/Legal Studies, 2–5 years paralegal experience (UAE preferred), fluency in Arabic and English, and prior experience with an international law firm. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in law or related field.
  • 2–5 years paralegal or legal support experience, UAE preferred.
  • Prior experience with an international law firm is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Legal Counsel with preparation, review, and organization of legal documents and contracts.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on laws and regulations.
  • Support drafting and review of commercial agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and other documents.
  • Maintain and organize legal files, contracts, and corporate records.
  • Monitor contract expiry dates, renewals, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external advisors.
  • Support disputes, claims, litigation matters, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare case files, chronologies, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with authorities, courts, and external parties as directed.
  • Assist with company incorporation, licensing, and regulatory filings.
