Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist Legal Counsel with preparation and organization of legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft and review commercial agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and other documents.
  • Maintain and organize contracts, case files, and corporate records.
  • Monitor contract expiry dates, renewals, and obligations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel.
  • Support disputes, claims, litigation matters, and regulatory filings.
  • Prepare case files, chronologies, indexes, and supporting docs.
  • Coordinate with authorities, courts, and external parties.
  • Assist with company incorporation, licensing, and regulatory filings.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Prepare reports, trackers, and updates on ongoing matters.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal department.

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Paralegal to provide legal and administrative support to the legal team. The role will involve assisting with legal documentation, contract management, legal research, case coordination, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Legal Counsel / Legal Manager with the preparation, review, and organization of legal documents, agreements, contracts, notices, and correspondence.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on relevant laws, regulations, and legal matters.
  • Support the drafting and review of commercial agreements, NDAs, service agreements, MOUs, and other legal documents.
  • Maintain and organize legal files, contracts, case documents, and corporate records.
  • Monitor contract expiry dates, renewals, obligations, and key deadlines.
  • Assist with contract administration and coordinate with internal departments and external legal advisors.
  • Support the legal team in handling disputes, claims, litigation matters, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare case files, chronologies, document indexes, and supporting documentation when required.
  • Coordinate with government authorities, courts, external lawyers, and other relevant parties as directed.
  • Assist with company incorporation, licensing, corporate documentation, and regulatory filings where applicable.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and business information.
  • Prepare reports, trackers, and updates on ongoing legal matters.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the legal department.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law / Legal Studies or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant paralegal or legal support experience, preferably within the UAE.
  • Prior experience working with an international law firm is required.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong knowledge of legal documentation and contract administration.
  • Good understanding of UAE legal and regulatory processes is preferred.
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
