Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual Legal & Contracts Executive / Paralegal with solid UAE experience to support the organisation in commercial contracts, corporate documentation, and day-to-day legal matters.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong practical experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts, as well as a good working knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and legal practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and coordinate commercial contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, legal notices, and other contractual documentation.
- Review contractual terms, identify legal and commercial risks, and highlight key issues to management.
- Prepare and review Powers of Attorney, undertakings, declarations, resolutions, and other corporate/legal documents.
- Draft and review legal correspondence and documents in both Arabic and English, including translation and review of legal and contractual documents where required.
- Apply practical knowledge of UAE commercial and corporate laws, regulations, and standard contractual practices.
- Liaise with external lawyers, government authorities, and other relevant stakeholders when required.
- Maintain accurate and organised records of contracts, legal documents, corporate matters, and related correspondence.
- Provide practical day-to-day legal and contractual support to management and escalated complex or specialist matters to external counsel when appropriate.
Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years of relevant experience, preferably within a UAE-based law firm, corporate legal department, contracts function, or paralegal role.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Must have the ability to read, draft, review, and understand legal and contractual documents in both Arabic and English.
- Strong hands-on experience in commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, interpreting, and coordinating agreements and contractual terms.
- Good practical knowledge of UAE commercial and corporate laws and contractual practices.
- Experience with corporate documentation, including POAs, undertakings, declarations, resolutions, and legal notices.
- Strong legal drafting skills with excellent attention to detail, judgement, organisation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage routine legal and contractual matters, and identify when external legal advice is required.
- Previous experience within a UAE law firm, in-house legal department, or UAE business environment would be an advantage.

A commercially minded, bilingual Arabic/English paralegal or legal professional with strong UAE experience and a solid background in commercial contracts. The candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day legal documentation and contractual matters while knowing when to elevate more complex legal issues to external counsel.
