Job summary

Milestone Investments L.L.C. – O.P.C is seeking a bilingual Legal & Contracts Executive / Paralegal with solid UAE experience to support the organisation in commercial contracts, corporate documentation, and day-to-day legal matters.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English, with hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts, as well as a good working knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and legal practices.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in UAE-based law firm, corporate legal department, contracts function or paralegal role.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to read, draft, review, and understand legal and contractual documents in both Arabic and English.
• Strong hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts.
• Good working knowledge of UAE commercial and corporate laws and regulatory practices.
• Experience with corporate documentation including POAs, undertakings, declarations, resolutions, and notices.
• Excellent drafting, judgement, organisation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and escalate complex matters to external counsel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and coordinate commercial contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, legal notices, and other contractual documentation.
• Review contractual terms, identify legal and commercial risks, and highlight key issues to management.
• Prepare and review Powers of Attorney, undertakings, declarations, resolutions, and other corporate/legal documents.
• Draft and review legal correspondence and documents in both Arabic and English, including translation when required.
• Apply knowledge of UAE commercial and corporate laws and standard contractual practices.
• Liaise with external lawyers, government authorities, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, legal documents, and corporate matters.
• Provide day-to-day legal and contractual support to management and escalate to external counsel for complex matters.
