Job summary

Milestone Investments L.L.C. - O.P.C. seeks a bilingual Legal & Contracts Executive / Paralegal with solid UAE experience to support commercial contracts, corporate documentation, and daily legal matters.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic and English, with hands-on drafting, reviewing, and management of commercial contracts and a working knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and legal practices.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English; excellent drafting and reviewing skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and coordinate commercial contracts, MOUs, NDAs, legal notices, and other contractual documentation.
• Review contractual terms, identify legal and commercial risks, and highlight key issues to management.
• Prepare and review Powers of Attorney, undertakings, declarations, resolutions, and other corporate/legal documents.
• Draft and review legal correspondence and documents in both Arabic and English, including translation when required.
• Apply UAE commercial and corporate laws, regulations, and standard contractual practices.
• Liaise with external lawyers, government authorities, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain accurate, organized records of contracts and corporate matters.
