Job summary

Lutfi Group in Dubai is looking for an Arabic-speaking Receptionist Cum Cashier to manage front desk duties and cashiering in a bilingual environment. You will greet visitors, handle payments, and support daily operations with accuracy and professionalism.

The role requires cash handling, POS proficiency, and strong customer service in Arabic and English, with coordination across Sales and Accounts to ensure smooth day-to-day activity.

Qualifications

• Education & experience requirements: High School Diploma or higher; prior front desk, receptionist or cashier experiencepreferred.
• Basic cash handling and POS proficiency required; customer service orientation essential.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors in a professional, friendly manner.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries in Arabic and English.
• Manage cashier operations, cash collections, POS transactions, and receipts.
• Maintain accurate daily cash records and transaction documentation.
• Process customer payments and coordinate with Accounts.
• Provide product/service information and assist customers at the front desk.
• Keep reception area organized and presentable at all times.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and other departments for smooth operations.
