Job summary

The Luxury Closet is seeking an Arabic Content Specialist to own and elevate the Arabic voice of the brand for the UAE and GCC markets. You will craft compelling, high-converting copy across the website, app, CRM channels, and paid advertising, ensuring alignment with Khaleeji cultural nuances.

As a UAE National, you will collaborate with global teams to maintain a luxurious tone, optimize on-site copy, and support performance marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• UAE National required for the role.
• Proficient in written and spoken Arabic with Khaleeji nuances.
• Excellent English for collaboration with international teams.
• Minimum 2 years in copywriting, content creation, or localization in ecommerce/luxury.
• Strong understanding of digital channels and persuasive copy.
• Impeccable Arabic grammar and proofreading abilities.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Arabic Content Specialist to own and elevate the Arabic voice of our brand. As a dedicated UAE National role, this position is crucial for ensuring our messaging resonates authentically and elegantly with our luxury clientele across the GCC. In this role, you will be the guardian of our Arabic content, responsible for crafting compelling, high-converting copy across our website, app, CRM channels (Emails, Push Notifications), and paid advertising. If you have a passion for luxury fashion, a deep understanding of Khaleeji cultural nuances, and a flair for persuasive digital copywriting, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Onsite & App Content

• Website & App Localization: Transcreate and write engaging Arabic copy for homepage banners, landing pages, and editorial features, ensuring a seamless and premium user experience.
• Tone of Voice: Own and maintain the brand's Arabic Tone of Voice guidelines, ensuring all onsite messaging sounds luxurious, modern, and culturally relevant.
• UI/UX Copy: Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure clear, localized micro-copy (buttons, menus, checkout flows) that guides the user smoothly.

CRM (Email & Push Notifications)

• Email Marketing: Write captivating subject lines and engaging body copy for weekly newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated lifecycle emails to drive buyer and seller retention.
• Push Notifications: Craft punchy, action-driven Arabic push and in-app notifications that increase open rates and drive immediate app engagement.
• A/B Testing: Work with the CRM team to test different messaging angles, lengths, and CTAs to continuously improve conversion rates.

Performance Marketing & Ad Copy

• Paid Social & Search Ads: Write high-converting Arabic ad copy for Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google Search campaigns, tailored to specific audience segments (buyers vs. sellers).
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the performance marketing and graphic design teams to ensure text and visuals complement each other perfectly.

Requirements

• Emiratization Requirement: Must be a UAE National
• Language Skills: Native Arabic speaker with a deep understanding of Khaleeji dialects and cultural nuances. Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English to collaborate with international teams.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or digital marketing localization, ideally within e-commerce, luxury, fashion, or retail.
• Digital Savvy: A strong understanding of how copy performs across different digital channels (e.g., the difference between a catchy TikTok ad and a persuasive CRM email).
• Attention to Detail: Impeccable Arabic grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
• Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple content requests and deadlines simultaneously.
