Job summary

Guildhall is seeking a Commercial Supervisor for a major live infrastructure programme in Dubai. This bilingual commercial professional will own subcontractor payments, variations, and contract documentation on a frontline project.

The role sits inside the commercial team, offering direct exposure to GCC contract operations, with UAE/Middle East experience preferred and cross-functional collaboration across project, procurement and finance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of hands-on commercial or QS experience in construction.
• Fluent in a second language relevant to international clients is an advantage.
• Direct experience managing subcontractor payments, variations and contract documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor payment applications, variations, and claims on a live project.
• Review contracts, quotations, invoices, and other commercial documentation.
• Coordinate commercial matters across project, procurement, finance, and construction teams.
• Communicate independently in English and a second language with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare commercial reports and correspondence supporting project delivery.
