Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Chemical, Construction or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years UAE experience in business development/sales.
• Experience in construction chemicals, concrete repair, structural strengthening, refurbishment or construction systems.
• Strong understanding of technical products and systems and ability to communicate their value to clients and consultants.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional client-facing personality.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and closing skills.
• Energetic, proactive and highly organized.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai/UAE construction market.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a bilingual (FLUENCY IN ARABIC & ENGLISH IS MUST) dynamic, technically strong and results-driven Business Development Engineer to join our growing team in the UAE.

This is a full-time, on-site, client-facing role focused on developing new business, building strong client relationships and expanding our market presence.

What We’re Looking For
