Job summary

Egis is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join the Tender Unit in Dubai. You will own compliance, document control, and submission logistics for Simple and Complex bids, coordinating with Technical, Commercial, and Graphics teams to ensure accurate, timely submissions.

You will manage SharePoint structures, CRM records, and the client portal workflow, tracking deliverables and maintaining quality standards across pursuits, while supporting a high-performing bid team in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in bid coordination or similar
• Experience in transportation/infrastructure bids
• Proven end-to-end bid delivery experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Own compliance checks against RFPs
• Coordinate submission logistics and schedule
• Manage CRM and SharePoint records for pursuits
• Liaise with technical, commercial, and graphics teams
• Maintain colour review packs and client portals
