Job summary

GOTION HIGH-TECH is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for large-scale BESS opportunities in the Middle East, Central Asia, and North Africa. You will own qualification to contract signing, coordinating Sales, Engineering, R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal teams to deliver successful bids.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field, 5+ years in renewable energy or EPC projects, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• 5+ years in renewable energy, power, BESS, or EPC projects.
• Experience in pre-sales PM, major tenders, or contract negotiations preferred.
• Knowledge of utility-scale BESS components and grid connection requirements.
• Strong planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Fluent English; capable of leading meetings.
• Willingness to base or travel extensively across the region.

Responsibilities

• Own large-scale BESS opportunities from qualification through contract signing.
• Lead RFI, RFQ, RFP and major tender activities across multiple teams.
• Define customer requirements on system performance, delivery, and warranty.
• Identify and manage technical, cost, schedule, and contractual risks.
• Run internal reviews and drive decisions on open issues.
• Coordinate customer workshops and commercial negotiations as the lead.
• Organize project handover to execution after contract signing.
