Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Waterfront is seeking a proactive Concierge to assist guests in the lobby and outlets, delivering messages and packages, and supporting various hotel departments.

You will perform guest errands, assist in rooming guests, manage newspaper requests, and staff the Concierge counter at midnight to monitor materials and guest property.

• Page guests and patrons in the hotel lobby and outlets as and when required.
• Deliver messages, packages to and from guest rooms, and different hotel departments.
• Perform errands for guests as assigned by the Chief Concierge.
• Assist in rooming guests as directed by the reception desk.
• Process newspaper requirements of guest, hotel outlets and departments.
• Man the Concierge counter at midnight serving as custodian, to ensure physical monitoring of both Concierge materials and stored guest property.
