Job summary

Anantara Hotels & Resorts in Downtown Dubai is seeking a dedicated Bell Desk associate to anticipate guest needs, greet guests warmly, and support smooth day-to-day hotel operations. You will assist with luggage, coordinate deliveries, and help coordinate transportation while maintaining lobby presentation.

This role requires knowledge of hotel services and a guest-first mindset to ensure a seamless, memorable experience for visitors and guests at Anantara Downtown Dubai.

• Anticipate guest needs and handle all guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel products and services, including room types, rates, features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, spa and health club facilities, and other properties.
• Greet and acknowledge all guests, welcoming them in a polite, warm, and friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs and handle all guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Participate in the effective day-to-day operation of the Bell Service Desk.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel products and services, including room types, rates, features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, spa and health club facilities, and other properties.
• Ensure the hotel lobby area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Greet and acknowledge all guests, welcoming them in a polite, warm, and friendly manner.
• Assist guests with their luggage and provide luggage storage services as required.
• Coordinate the delivery of messages, parcels, and other items to guest rooms.
• Provide attentive assistance to guests requiring special attention.
• Complete all assigned shift duties as outlined in the shift checklist.
• Assist in ensuring the smooth coordination of hotel transportation arrangements, including taxis, private vehicles, limousines, and other transportation services.
• Provide assistance to other hotel departments and operational areas whenever required.
