Anantara Downtown Dubai is seeking a Bell Desk teammate to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and coordinate transportation and messages. You will maintain a polished lobby and deliver attentive service to all guests in a luxury hospitality environment.

The role supports daily operations across hotel services, ensuring smooth interactions with rooms, outlets, spa, and transportation while upholding high hospitality standards and genuine warmth for every guest.

Aufgaben

• Anticipate guest needs and handle all guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Participate in the effective day-to-day operation of the Bell Service Desk.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel products and services, including room types, rates, features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, spa and health club facilities, and other properties.
• Ensure the hotel lobby area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Greet and acknowledge all guests, welcoming them in a polite, warm, and friendly manner.
• Assist guests with their luggage and provide luggage storage services as required.
• Coordinate the delivery of messages, parcels, and other items to guest rooms.
• Provide attentive assistance to guests requiring special attention.
• Complete all assigned shift duties as outlined in the shift checklist.
• Assist in ensuring the smooth coordination of hotel transportation arrangements, including taxis, private vehicles, limousines, and other transportation services.
• Provide assistance to other hotel departments and operational areas whenever required.
