Job summary

Al Qudwa Automation Systems (FZE) in Dubai seeks an experienced PLC/Beckhoff engineer to design and implement robust control logic, configure Beckhoff I/O, and commission systems. You will create intuitive HMI/SCADA interfaces using TwinCAT HMI and related tools, ensuring data integrity and reliable operation in industrial environments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Computer Science and at least five years' hands-on automation experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in industrial automation with a strong Beckhoff focus.
• Proficiency in Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 languages (ST, LD, FBD) and related software modules.
• Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols, EtherCAT, and network configuration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement PLC control logic using Beckhoff TwinCAT 3.
• Configure and commission Beckhoff I/O systems ensuring data acquisition and signal integrity.
• Create intuitive HMI/SCADA interfaces using TwinCAT HMI or compatible platforms.
