Job summary
Proactive Global in Dubai seeks an experienced Industrial Automation Engineer to design, program, test and commission Siemens PLC systems and robot integrations for diverse industrial applications.
The role requires 10–15 years in industrial automation, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of electrical, pneumatic circuits and safety systems. You will collaborate with mechanical and operations teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Industrial Automation & control field.
- Experience leading projects and teams with strong problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of Siemens PLCs and robot integrations required.
Responsibilities
- Siemens PLC Programming, Software Testing, Commissioning.
- Robot programming for UR, Kawasaki, KUKA & MiR in industrial applications.
- Create schematic drawings for power, control circuits and pneumatics.
- Design PLC control systems and safety systems for project solutions.
- PLC testing, program execution, installation and commissioning activities.
- Instructing & guiding automation engineers and technicians.
- Project costing and component selection based on requirements.
- Collaborate with mechanical design and operations teams on project activities.
- Lead projects from presales to post-sales and installation stages.
- Oversee component selection in electrical, control, pneumatics and robotics.
