Job summary

Apparel Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a procurement professional with 2–5 years of experience in vendor management and operations within retail or beauty. You will own PR/PO processing, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

The role requires strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), along with excellent communication to drive timely, accurate procurement across the beauty category.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience raising and managing PRs and POs in ERP or procurement system.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and resolving supply chain issues.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management: build and maintain relationships with beauty vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor vendor performance against terms, timelines, and quality; escalate as needed.
• Support onboarding: documentation, system setup, compliance verification.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve supply discrepancies, delays, and invoice queries.
• PR/PO Processing & Procurement Coordination: raise/manage PRs and POs per policies.
• Track open POs for timely fulfillment; flag delays and resolve issues with vendors.
• Maintain procurement records and system data for reporting/audit needs.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with budgets and approval workflows.
• Act as primary point of contact between Beauty team, vendors, finance, and other departments.
• Liaise with merchandising, logistics, and finance to align procurement with inventory needs.
• Provide status updates, delivery schedules, and supply risks to stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional meetings with timely procurement data.
• Reporting & Process Improvement: prepare procurement reports, PO trackers, vendor performance summaries.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to improve accuracy and turnaround.
