Aldar Hospitality invites applications for an Assistant Outlet Manager at our exclusive Saadiyat Beach Club. You will support the Outlets Manager in daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and brand standards in a dynamic beachfront setting.

We seek candidates with 2–4 years in F&B, leadership experience, and a proactive, guest-focused mindset. This role requires energy, excellent communication, and flexibility to work shifts in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
• Leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
• Ensure all service standards and operational procedures are consistently followed.
• Monitor outlet setup, cleanliness, and overall ambiance.
• Support in handling guest flow during peak periods.
• Deliver and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through personalized and attentive service.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Support the management of VIP guests and reservations.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate the outlet team during shifts.
• Conduct daily briefings and ensure team members are well-informed about promotions and updates.
• Assist in training, coaching, and performance monitoring of colleagues.
• Ensure proper grooming and adherence to company standards.
• Assist in monitoring daily sales, costs, and inventory levels.
• Support stock control, requisitions, and minimize wastage.
• Ensure proper handling of cash, billing, and POS systems.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain quality of food, beverages, and service delivery.
• Assist in organizing and executing beach events, promotions, and special activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
