Job summary

ADNOC seeks a senior Business Development leader to drive end-to-end BD activities across ADNOC and its group companies. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, pursuing EPC maintenance and field service contracts, and managing the full BD cycle.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years in O&G BD, deep ADNOC market knowledge, and a track record of closing major contracts. Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business or related field.
• 7–10 years of BD experience in the O&G industry.
• Proven experience with ADNOC and UAE oil & gas market.
• Track record of securing and closing major contracts/projects.
• Strong understanding of ADNOC vendor registration and prequalification processes.
• Familiarity with tendering, procurement, and contracting strategies in Oil & Gas.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BD activities within ADNOC and group companies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities including EPC maintenance and field service contracts.
• Manage the full BD cycle and lead generation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with ADNOC stakeholders and EPC contractors.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure competitive, compliant proposals.
• Support senior management in defining market entry and growth strategies.
