Job summary

ADNOC is seeking a senior leader to spearhead the development and execution of its Group-wide Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework. You will serve as the Group Technical Authority (GTA) and SME, guiding policy, governance, and strategic alignment with UAE regulations and international standards.

You will drive risk assessments, BIAs, BCM testing, and incident reviews while embedding BCM across the ADNOC Group and promoting UAE national talent in resilience disciplines.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of BCM issues, practices and behavioural aspects in Oil & Gas.
• Knowledge of AE/HSC/NCEMA 7000, ISO 22301, ISO 22313, BCI guidelines, NFPA 1600.
• Experience in governance, policy development and standards ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own ADNOC Group-wide BCM standards and governance.
• Act as GTA and SME for Business Continuity across ADNOC Group.
• Lead BCM strategy development, policies, procedures and governance.
• Conduct risk assessments and BIAs to identify recovery priorities.
• Design BCM testing, tabletop exercises and incident reviews.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards; report to Group CEOs and Directors.
• Coach and mentor BCM professionals and drive UAE national talent.
• Identify opportunities for digitalization and cost optimization.
