• Beverage Preparation: Mix garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and event specifications.

• Setup & Cleanup: Prepare bar areas prior to events, clean and restock supplies post-event, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
• Coordination: Work closely with banquet staff, waiters, and kitchen teams to ensure timely delivery of beverages.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist with restocking and storage.
• Compliance: Follow all health, safety and sanitation regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
• Support: Assist with overall event setup and breakdown as needed.
