Job summary

Aldar Hospitality's Leisure Cluster, including the iconic Saadiyat Beach Club, is seeking a bartender to deliver outstanding beverage service in a vibrant beachfront setting. You will prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, maintain quality and presentation, and engage guests with recommendations and a warm, professional manner.

The role requires 1–2 years of bartender experience, knowledge of cocktails, and a flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays;

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of bartender experience in a beach club, resort, or high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of cocktails and basic mixology techniques.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of drinks.
• Take and process beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Interact with guests and promote signature beverages.
• Ensure bar area is clean and well-organized; monitor stock levels.
• Process orders through POS systems accurately and handle cash per policy.
• Follow responsible service of alcohol guidelines and health regulations.

About the Job

An opportunity has risen at Saadiyat Beach Club for Bartender. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests while delivering a high standard of service in a vibrant beachfront environment. This role ensures quality, consistency, and efficiency in beverage preparation, while creating a positive and engaging guest experience

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks
• Take and process beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide friendly, professional, and engaging service to guests
• Interact with guests, make recommendations, and promote signature beverages
• Courteously handle guest inquiries and feedback
• Set up and maintain the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of replenishment needs
• Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages and ingredients
• Process orders through POS systems accurately
• Handle cash and billing procedures in line with company policies
• Follow responsible service of alcohol guidelines and local regulations
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
• Ensure proper use and care of bar equipment
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
