TAG Dynamics Showroom & Customer Experience Center in Ras Al Khaimah invites a dedicated Barista to join the coffee bar team. You will prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, Turkish coffee, tea, and other refreshments for visitors and guests.

Responsibilities include operating La Marzocco equipment, maintaining cleanliness, managing stock, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting alongside the broader Customer Experience team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• Barista training/certification preferred.
• English required; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with professional espresso equipment is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and with the wider team.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and manage the coffee bar within the TAG Dynamics Showroom & Customer Experience Center.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, including espresso-based drinks, Turkish coffee, tea, soft drinks, and other refreshments.
• Operate professional coffee equipment, including La Marzocco espresso machines and grinders.
• Serve beverages and refreshments to customers and visitors in the coffee bar, Majlis, Boardroom, and other customer-facing areas as required.
• Support the serving of catered or delivered food items, including appropriate preparation and presentation for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the coffee bar, equipment, and service areas.
• Carry out routine cleaning and care of coffee equipment and report any maintenance requirements.
• Monitor coffee, beverage, food, and other consumable stock and communicate replenishment requirements.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure supplies are organized and readily available.
• Coordinate with the Guest Services Executive to ensure smooth and timely service to customers and visitors.
• Support the wider Customer Experience team during busy periods, meetings, events, and customer visits.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and service-oriented approach when interacting with customers and visitors.
• Follow company standards and applicable food safety, hygiene, and HSE requirements.
• Follow all applicable HSE, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Maintain safe working conditions around hot equipment, electrical appliances, and beverages.
• Ensure the coffee bar and equipment are kept clean, safe, and properly maintained.
• Report hazards, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions to the appropriate person.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Hospitality or food and beverage qualification is an advantage.
• Training: Barista training/certification preferred.
• Food safety and hygiene training preferred.
• Training on professional espresso equipment.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a professional hospitality, corporate, hotel, or customer-facing environment.
• Experience operating professional espresso machines and grinders.
• Customer-facing hospitality experience preferred.
• Other: English is mandatory.
• Arabic is an advantage.
• Professional and well-presented appearance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with the wider Customer Experience team.
