Position Summary

The Barista at Salt & Caramel isresponsible for crafting high-quality coffee and beverage experiences forguests in a fast-paced, waterfront café environment. This role requires apassion for coffee, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering warm,personalized service. The Barista works closely with the service team to ensuresmooth operations and uphold the brand’s standards of hospitality andexcellence.

Key Responsibilities

Coffee & Beverage Preparation

• Prepareespresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages accordingto established recipes and presentation standards.
• Operateand maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with care andprecision.
• Ensureconsistency in taste, temperature, and appearance of all beverages served.

Guest Interaction

• Greetguests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Takebeverage orders accurately and answer questions about the menu.
• Offerrecommendations and upsell specialty drinks or seasonal items.
• Handleguest feedback courteously and escape concerns when necessary.

Cleanliness & Organization

• Maintaincleanliness of the barista station, equipment, and surrounding areas.
• Followhygiene and food safety protocols in line with UAE regulations.
• Assistin restocking supplies and organizing inventory.
• Workclosely with waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure timely service.
• Supportcolleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Participatein briefings and training sessions as required.
• Processorders accurately using the POS system.
• Handlecash and card transactions responsibly and follow company procedures.

Qualifications
