Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant coffee, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, brewing methods, and beverage standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• UAE/GCC hospitality experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso-based beverages, specialty coffee, and other drinks to high standards.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and café equipment.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste.
• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take orders, process transactions, and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across the coffee station.
• Monitor coffee, milk, ingredients, packaging, and other inventory requirements.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Support smooth daily café operations during busy periods.
• Senior Barista: Support team members, coordinate workflows, and provide on-the-job guidance
• Contribute ideas for new beverages, improved service, and customer experience

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and professional presentation
• Specialty coffee, latte art, manual brewing, or café operations experience is an advantage
• UAE/GCC hospitality experience is highly valued
