ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required
• Keep the bar, equipment, and service areas clean and organized
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards
• Support inventory checks and stock replenishment
• Handle customer requests and resolve service concerns professionally
• Senior Baristas may assist with team supervision, training, and daily operations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous Barista, Café, Hospitality, or Customer Service experience preferred
• Senior Barista candidates should have strong coffee preparation experience
• Good knowledge of espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages
• Strong customer service and communication skills
