Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Diploma or equivalent preferred
• WSET 1-3 or beverage certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive creation and continuous improvement of the bar menu.
• Plan and deliver staff training on beverage preparation and service.
• Supervise bar operations end-to-end for seamless service.
• Ensure accurate beverage prep, quality, and consistency.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and feedback to staff.
• Deliver courteous, professional service with strong beverage knowledge.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure stock availability.
• Address guest complaints promptly and work with the team to resolve issues.
• Adhere to EKFC Health, Safety, and Quality policies (ISO 9001:2008).
• Uphold quality, safety, and service standards across lounge operations.
