Job summary

La Petite Maison (LPM) Dubai is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead the bar team with passion for hospitality and excellence. You will mentor staff, ensure flawless service, and drive memorable experiences for guests.

• At least 4 years' F&B experience, including 8 years in a high-end restaurant and/or in a busy cocktail bar.
• Attention to Detail, Speed, and Precision Skills.
• Organization and Time Management Skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
