Experience in supervisory roles within bar/restaurant/hotel environments, strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits, and a flexible, guest-focused attitude are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/assistant management experience in a busy bar or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and beverage trends.
• Excellent communication, leadership and guest-service skills.
• Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Support the Bar Manager in day-to-day bar operations.
• Lead, coach and motivate the bar team to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure quality in cocktails, beverages and presentation.
• Create a welcoming, lively atmosphere for guests.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training and development.
• Monitor stock levels, wastage and beverage costs.
