Job summary

Hilton Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Bar Manager to oversee the bar outlet, drive service excellence, and maximize profitability through cost control and revenue initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, beverage knowledge, and adherence to hotel policies, health and safety standards, and local beverage regulations. You will collaborate with F&B, Kitchen, Finance, and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• 3–5 years of bar operations with supervisory/managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and bar service.
• Experience in beverage cost control, inventory, and revenue generation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
