Job summary

Marriott International in Dubai seeks a Management-level professional to oversee bar/lounge operations and supervise staff. You will promote the lounge, assist with menu planning, and manage liquor inventories and controls to ensure guest satisfaction and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years in food & beverage or related area.
• 2-year degree in Food Service/Hotel Management or related major with 2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for bar/lounge daily shift operations and supervision of staff.
• Promote lounge activities, plan menus, and maintain standards.
• Assist servers on the floor during peak periods and manage liquor inventories & controls.
• Ensure guest and employee satisfaction while overseeing the operating budget.
• Enforce all beverage laws and internal policies; monitor budget adherence.
• Train staff on liquor policies and supervise staffing levels to meet service needs.
