Job summary

Accor in Dubai seeks an experienced Bar & Beverage Manager to oversee all hotel beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will lead menu development, promotions, and supplier relationships while driving profitability and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 35 years of experience in bar or beverage management.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, mixology and international beverage trends.
• Proven experience in team leadership, beverage cost control, inventory management and revenue optimization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational and guest service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all hotel bars and beverage outlets for smooth service and guest experiences.
• Develop beverage menus, cocktail concepts, seasonal promotions and offerings aligned with brand standards.
• Manage beverage costs, inventory, stock control, purchasing and supplier relationships.
• Lead, train and develop the bar/beverage team ensuring product knowledge and upselling.
• Monitor beverage revenue, sales performance, cost of sales and budgets to drive profitability.
• Ensure compliance with policies, UAE regulations, licensing, hygiene and responsible service.
• Collaborate with F&B leadership and other departments to enhance offerings and drive outlet performance.

Job description

• Oversee the daily operations of all hotel bars and beverage outlets ensuring smooth service operational efficiency and exceptional guest experiences.

• Develop and implement innovative beverage menus cocktail concepts seasonal promotions and beverage offerings aligned with the hotels brand standards and guest preferences.

• Manage beverage costs inventory stock control purchasing and supplier relationships to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.

• Lead train motivate and develop the bar and beverage team ensuring excellent product knowledge service standards upselling techniques and consistent performance.

• Monitor beverage revenue sales performance cost of sales and departmental budgets identifying opportunities to increase revenue and achieve financial targets.

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies UAE regulations licensing requirements hygiene standards and responsible alcohol service practices while maintaining a safe working environment.

• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage leadership team Culinary department and other hotel departments to enhance beverage offerings organize special events improve guest satisfaction and drive overall outlet performance.

Qualifications
