Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, seeks a dedicated Food & Beverage team member to support banquet operations and guest experiences. You will supervise staff, coordinate with departments, ensure banquet setup is correct and maintain standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.

The role requires clear communication, professional grooming, and a focus on guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related food and beverage experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure staff works together as a team.
• Inspect grooming and attire and rectify deficiencies.
• Communicate with guests and other departments to meet needs.
• Set up banquet areas and ensure proper furniture/equipment setup.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
• Maintain safety and security policies and protect company assets.
