Job summary

JA The Resort in Dubai is seeking a friendly Waitperson to join its Banquets team. You will deliver exceptional food and beverage service at banquet events, set up venues, and welcome guests with a warm, professional approach.

We require at least 1 year of banquet experience in a 5-star hotel, strong English, knowledge of service standards and table settings, a Food Handler Certificate, and a positive, team-oriented attitude suitable for fast-paced events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Banquet Waiter/Waitress in a 5-star hotel.
• Good English communication skills.
• Knowledge of banquet service standards and table settings.
• Food Handler Certificate.
• Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
• Physically able to work on your feet throughout events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service during banquet events
• Set up and prepare event venues, including tables, chairs, linen, and service stations
