Job summary

Park Hyatt Dubai is seeking a Banquets Manager to lead all banquet operations, ensuring exceptional planning and execution of weddings, conferences, social events, and corporate functions. You will oversee service delivery, drive profitability, and lead a team to maintain Park Hyatt Dubai’s luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5+ years in F&B with 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role in banquets.
• Proven experience managing weddings, conferences, social events and large-scale banquets.
• Strong leadership, organization and team development skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, inventory management and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of all banquet functions to meet guest requirements and Park Hyatt Dubai standards.
• Maintain operational presence during events to ensure smooth service flow and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Stewarding, Housekeeping, Engineering and Events teams for setup, execution and breakdown.
• Monitor revenues, labor costs and expenses to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Develop staffing schedules and manage inventory, assets, and equipment records.
• Prepare accurate operational reports, forecasts and documentation to support departmental goals.
