Job summary

Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina is part of IHG Hotels & Resorts and seeks a Banquet Waiter to join our events team in Dubai Marina. You will provide professional food and beverage service during banquets, meetings, weddings, and conferences while upholding high service standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a similar role in a four- or five-star hotel, with strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams. We offer growth and a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in a four- or five-star hotel or comparable industry.
• Ability to work with and engage teams from different cultures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; quality oriented with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous, professional service throughout events.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet rooms per event specifications.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with hotel standards.
• Familiarize yourself with event orders, menus, timings, and guest requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
• Coordinate with Banquet Supervisor, kitchen and other staff for smooth service.
• Adhere to sanitation, hygiene, and alcohol policies.
