Job summary

You will manage Genesys Cloud migration initiatives from the bank's side, coordinating vendors, technology teams, and business units to deliver on scope, budget, and timelines.

Experience with Genesys Engage is a plus, and you will drive program governance, risk management, and regulatory alignment across complex contact-center transformations.
