Job summary

Servion Global Solutions seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a Genesys migration program within the banking domain. You will manage Genesys Cloud migration initiatives from the bank's side, coordinating vendors, technology teams, and business units to deliver on scope, budget, and timelines.

Experience with Genesys Engage is a plus, and you will drive program governance, risk management, and regulatory alignment across complex contact-center transformations.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong Banking domain experience to lead and manage a large-scale Genesys migration program from the bank's side. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing Genesys Cloud migration projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, technology teams, and business units while ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, timelines, and regulatory requirements.

Experience with Genesys Engage will be considered a significant advantage.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience managing Genesys Cloud implementation or migration projects.
• Experience leading contact center transformation programs.
• Strong Technical Project Management experience.
• Vendor and stakeholder management.
• Program governance and delivery management.
• Experience managing large enterprise migrations and integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Added Advantage

• Experience with Genesys Engage platform.
• Experience in migration from Genesys Engage to Genesys Cloud.
• Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent.
