Job summary

Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. seeks a Solution Architect to design end-to-end AI-powered customer experience solutions at enterprise scale. You will lead technical engagements, define data requirements, and ensure governance and security across architectures.

You will mentor teams, support presales, and collaborate with enterprise IT leaders to translate business needs into scalable, secure design choices. The role emphasizes global delivery in a matrixed services environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture or enterprise software delivery with AI exposure.
• Hands-on familiarity with CCaaS/CPaaS or similar platforms and APIs.
• Experience designing and deploying AI-powered solutions in production.
• Knowledge of cloud patterns (AWS/GCP/Azure) and integration techs like REST/GraphQL.
• Ability to communicate complex tech to business audiences and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end AI solution architectures for customer programs.
• Lead architecture workshops and ensure technical designs meet standards.
• Design AI use cases and data requirements with governance considerations.
• Advise customers on architecture decisions and trade-offs with senior stakeholders.
• Mentor consultants and support presales for complex opportunities.
