Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a detail-oriented banking assistant in the UAE to support day-to-day banking procedures, assist clients with queries, and ensure all transactions are processed accurately and within required timelines.

The role requires 2–5 years UAE banking experience, a Bachelor’s or Diploma in a related field, and strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills. You will coordinate with banks, clients, and internal teams while maintaining strict confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications

• Must have UAE residency and availability in UAE.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of UAE banking or financial services experience.
• Strong knowledge of banking transactions and banking procedures.
• Good understanding of banking documentation and compliance requirements.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Understand different banking procedures, requirements, and documentation processes.
• Assist clients with banking-related queries and provide appropriate information.
